Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • juice of one lemon
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • Crumble
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ⅓ cup butter, cold
  • 6 tbls. sugar
Instructions
  1. Toss blueberries, sugar, lemon and cinnamon together in a 9 x 12 baking dish
  2. Make crumble by blending flour, butter and sugar in a food processor , or by hand so it is crumbly, not mushy.
  3. Spprinkle crumble on top of blueberry mixture
  4. Bake 40 minutes at 350.
