This was one of my Mom's favorite summer time light desserts.
- 2 Cups red or green grapes
- 1 Cup plain greek yogurt
- Juice of ½ of a lime
- 1 Tbls brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Let sit an hour for flavors to blend
- Chill till time to serve
- Garnish with a thin slice of lime
