Pasta Tossed with Fresh Corn
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves crushed
  • ¼ cup shredded basil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • Prepare the following:
  • 1 pound any style pasta, cooked
  • 6 ears fresh corn, steamed and cut off the cob
  • 1 dozen cherry tomatoes, quartered
Instructions
  1. Mix all the below ingredients in a large serving bowl :
  2. Toss everything all together in serving bowl and serve right away !
