Pasta Tossed with Fresh Corn
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large garlic cloves crushed
- ¼ cup shredded basil
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- Prepare the following:
- 1 pound any style pasta, cooked
- 6 ears fresh corn, steamed and cut off the cob
- 1 dozen cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Mix all the below ingredients in a large serving bowl :
- Toss everything all together in serving bowl and serve right away !
