Gingery Lime Grapes

This was one of my Mom's favorite summer time light desserts.
  • 2 Cups red or green grapes
  • 1 Cup plain greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ of a lime
  • 1 Tbls brown sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Let sit an hour for flavors to blend
  3. Chill till time to serve
  4. Garnish with a thin slice of lime
