Ingredients
- 1 cucumber , peeled and chopped in bite size chunks
- 1 container cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ¼ cup feta cheese , crumbled
- 2 Tbls good olive oil
- 1 Tbls chopped fresh basil
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced onions
- pinch of salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all together
- Let sit 30 minutes for flavors to mingle
- Serve within a few hours
