Greek Salad

This is a real greek salad - all tomatoes, cucumbers and feta, no lettuce. View an easy prep video here on this recipe
  • 1 cucumber , peeled and chopped in bite size chunks
  • 1 container cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¼ cup feta cheese , crumbled
  • 2 Tbls good olive oil
  • 1 Tbls chopped fresh basil
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced onions
  • pinch of salt to taste
  1. Mix all together
  2. Let sit 30 minutes for flavors to mingle
  3. Serve within a few hours
