Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- juice of one lemon
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Crumble
- ¾ cup flour
- ⅓ cup butter, cold
- 6 tbls. sugar
Instructions
- Toss blueberries, sugar, lemon and cinnamon together in a 9 x 12 baking dish
- Make crumble by blending flour, butter and sugar in a food processor , or by hand so it is crumbly, not mushy.
- Spprinkle crumble on top of blueberry mixture
- Bake 40 minutes at 350.
